2025 BEEF SHARE RESERVATIONS
It’s the time of year for Randolph Farm Beef Harvest 2025! This year, we will be harvesting 7 steers over 3 dates. Each steer yields 4 quarters, 2 halves, or one whole, and this year we are providing all 3 options for purchase. We will be assigning beef shares on a first-come, first-served basis, and ask that you provide a $100 deposit, which will go toward the final total of your share. The remaining invoice amount will be due at the time of pickup/delivery. All processing fees and delivery are included in the price.
Once we receive your request for a beef share, we will reach out to you for the deposit and to schedule pickup/delivery dates.
Email nick@randolphfarmoperations.com to reserve your share
Last Day to Submit your Request for a Beef Share is September 16, 2025.

Our Offerings
We sell our beef directly, in bulk, by quarter, half, or whole cow. These include a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. Everything is boneless except for the ribeye steaks, and offal is available upon request. Pricing includes all processing fees and delivery, making it an easy and cost-effective way to stock your freezer.
Locally Raised
and Processed
Our steers for harvest are born and raised on our farm, and they are processed at a facility in Kentucky. This means our meat never leaves the state before it reaches your plate. All of our grass-fed/finished Angus is processed, vacuum-packed, and USDA inspected.
We Deliver
We can deliver orders anywhere in the central tri-state area of Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and the surrounding areas. Shipping large quantities of beef is difficult and expensive, so we mostly sell locally. You are also welcome to pick up your order at our farm located in Owenton, Kentucky.
How to Order
We schedule meat harvests throughout the year, and requests are fulfilled in the order they’re received. Once processing dates are set, we’ll reach out with availability, pricing, and pickup or delivery details.
