High-Quality Beef
Science has shown that beef finished on multispecies pastures has superior nutrition. Our beef achieves the nutrition of grass-finished beef, and then we hit the ball out of the park on taste and texture. This can only be done by intensively and correctly managing all aspects of the farm, from the soil to the herd. “Better Grass, Better Meat” is not just a slogan; it’s what we do.
We take pride in raising pasture-raised beef the right way — prioritising animal welfare, soil health, and regenerative agriculture for quality you can taste. We sell directly in bulk by the quarter, half, or whole cow, featuring a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef. All cuts are boneless except for ribeyes, with offals available upon request. Pricing includes processing and delivery, making it an easy, cost-effective way to stock your freezer.
Farm-Fresh Eggs
Our farm-fresh eggs are also raised the right way, with a strict focus on animal welfare and nutrient-dense products. Just like our beef, every egg reflects our commitment to regenerative agriculture and quality you can taste. By working in harmony with the land, we ensure healthier food for your family and a thriving farm ecosystem for generations to come.

FAQs
What do you mean by grass-fed / finished beef?
Pasture-raised on our 1,400-acre farm and never given added hormones, our cattle are raised entirely on grass and forage from weaning to harvesting.
How often do you harvest?
We strive to have a summer and fall harvest each year. Because grass-finished beef takes longer to produce and requires more land and labour, we may only hold one larger harvest a year. Join our mailing list to stay up to date on yearly harvest dates.
Do you only sell beef?
Currently, we sell beef and pasture-raised eggs available from our laying hens. As our offerings expand, we will be sure to update the website to showcase them.
How much meat is in a whole, half, or quarter cow?
Approximately 400 pounds of beef for a whole cow. While farmers have target weights, cattle are not perfect clones of each other. The amount of meat you will receive in a whole, half, or quarter cow depends on what that specific animal yields.
Do you require a deposit?
Depending on the number of cattle ready for harvest and the number of folks on the waitlist for that season, we may require a deposit. Feel free to contact us for further information.
